Your Gift is Tax-Deductible
As a nonprofit organization, The Bright Horizons Foundation for Children is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. So, your contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible under U.S. tax regulations.
The Foundation issues tax receipts; no special claim form is needed. You should be aware that, according to IRS regulations, we must credit the entity listed on the check or credit card as the actual donor(s). Therefore, if you send a check from your personal account, we will be required to credit you with the gift.
Thank you for brightening the lives of children and families in need!
