Make a Donation - Honor Your Child’s Teacher

There are more homeless children in America today since the Great Depression. Make a donation in your child’s teacher’s name and help a homeless child have a place to play.

 

Give to Help the Children

  • Every child deserves the benefits of a high-quality environment for play and learning.

  • Every child needs the chance to discover the world of books, to find the artist within, to play dress up, and run and sing and laugh.

  • Every family needs a space to relax and connect, especially during times of chaos.

 

The Bright Horizons Foundation for Children offers four special ways to give*:

 

Express Giving:
If you already know how much you want to give, you may wish to go directly to the on-line donation page.

 

Gift Catalog:
The Gift of Play and the Gift of Comfort are just some of the ways you can give meaningful gifts to help children who are homeless and in distress.

 

Honor/Memorial Giving (E-Cards):
Make a donation to honor the lives, memories, and accomplishments of colleagues, friends, and loved ones. We will acknowledge your gift, though not the amount, and send a note to the honoree or family letting them know of your gift. Or you can send an e-card or print a special card yourself. This is a wonderful way to celebrate the birth of a baby, a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion, or to memorialize a friend or colleague.

 

Give Stock
When you donate stock, you won't have to pay capital gains taxes on the increase in the value of your stock, and the full market value of the stock as of the donation date can generally be deducted as a charitable contribution. (Certain limitations do apply - please consult your professional tax advisor for tax and estate planning advice on charitable gifts).
